The Vengeful Few were formed in 2004 by guitar players Tom Catuosco and John Zambri in Morris County, NJ. The band was conceived as a vehicle for writing and playing classic 80’s style metal in the vein of great bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Dio, and others. They were tired of the modern music that passed for “metal” and wanted to create music that had actual guitar solos, great guitar riffs, and real singing.

Their self-titled debut album has been well received by critics and fans in the world wide metal community. Currently, their live performances have been kept local to the NY/NJ area, but they will eventually be touring other areas. The Vengeful Few are also working on a second album. It is slated for release sometime in late 2009.
